Description: You will learn how to properly engage your muscles, how to complete fundamental strength exercises with proper form, and how to repair your muscles so that you can consistently make progress while avoiding injuries. Included in your challenge download is a full Accountability Booklet. This booklet is made for you to print out and complete during your morning routine. The daily questions and weekly check-ins will keep you accountable and motivated for the entire 4 weeks!
